1. In Connection With The Implementation Of The European Parliament And Council (Eu) 2022/2555 Of December 14, 2022 On The Means For A High Common Level Of Cybersecurity Throughout The Union (So -Called Nr2), The Implementation Of This Order Must Be In Line With The Principles Set Out In This Directive, As Well As With The Applicable And Future National Legislation Nis2.1.1. The Contractor Is Obliged To: 1) Ensure Compliance Of The Completed Subject Of The Contract With The Requirements In The Field Of Cyber Security, Resulting From The Nis2 And The National Act Implementing This Directive, In Particular In The Scope Of: A) Identification And Risk Management, B) The Use Of Technical And Organizational Measures Adequate To The Level Of Risk, C) Preventing Security Incidents, Detection, Reacting And Minimizing Their Effects, D) Ensuring The Continuity Of The Operation Of Systems And Services Covered By The Scope Of The Order. 6.2 Of The Implementation Of Appropriate Technical And Organizational Measures, In Accordance With Art. 21 And 22 Of The Nis2 Directive, Including: A) Security Policy Of It Systems, B) Access And Identity Management, C) Data Encryption, D) Securing The Supply Chain, E) Procedures For Detecting And Servicing Incidents. Detailed Conditions For The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Contract Are Determined By The Proposed Provisions Of The Contract Constituting Annex 2 To Swz.
