1. The Subject Of The Contract Is Service Service For Official Special Trucks Together With Devices Installed On Them And Machines Belonging To Sgk Sp. Z O.O. Described In Detail In Annex 1 To The Contract. [Next In Total Vehicles]. 2. The Contracting Authority Estimates That The Order Of The Order Is 1000 Man -Hours. 3. The Employer Reserves The Right To Incompletely Used The Size Of The Order As Well As To Increase The Estimated Amount Of Man -Hours By A Maximum Of 30%.4. The Employer Uses Vehicles At The Headquarters And In The Area Of ​​Operation Of The Ordering Party 5. The Employer Reserves The Right To Change The Content Of Annex 1 To The Contract Unilaterally, I.E. Convert Individual Vehicles To Others And The Possibility Of Increasing/Reducing The Number Of Vehicles, With Each Of The Changes Will Take Place Through A Written Notification Of The Ordering Party. The Notification Referred To In The Previous Sentence Will Be Synonymous With The Change Of Annex 1 To The Contract, Without The Need For The Parties To Conclude An Annex To The Contract. 6. The Contractor Undertakes To Provide For The Customer Of Comprehensive Service Services In The Following Scope: A) Current Mechanical, Electrical, Sheet Metal Repairs, Vulcanization Services; B) Vehicle Diagnostics; C) Other Repairs, Modernizations, Replacements Indicated By The Contracting Authority; [Hereinafter: Service Services]. 7. Service Services Will Be Performed By The Contractor, Taking Into Account The Highest Professional Diligence, In Accordance With Applicable Law And Norms. 10. The Website Services Will Be Performed By The Contractor According To The Current Needs Of The Ordering Party, Based On Separate Orders Sent By The Contractor In The Form Of Email. 11. The Parties Determine That Vehicles Covered By Individual Orders Will Provide The Contractor With His Own Efforts And At Its Own Expense And Risk To The Service Station At The Request Of The Employer, While In The Event Of Immobilization Of The Vehicle, The Contractor Undertakes To Transport The Vehicle To A Tow Truck Service. 12.
