The Subject Of The Contract Is The Provision Of 24 -Hour Services In The Field Of Administrative Removal Of Vehicles By D.M.C. Up To 3.5 Tonnes From The City Of Rzeszowazakres: 1. The Subject Of The Contract Is The Provision Of 24 -Hour Services In The Field Of Administrative Removal Of Vehicles From The City Of Rzeszów On D.M.C. Up To 3.5 Tonnes Pursuant To Art. 50A And 130A Of The Act Of June 20, 1997 Road Traffic Law, In Relation To Which The Authorized Authority, The Police, The Municipal Guard In Rzeszów, The Road Transport Inspection Or A Person Commanding The Rescue Operation, Or Another Person Authorized By The Statutory Person Issued A Prescribed Person To Remove The Vehicle In Rzeszów At Ul. Wyspiański (Area Of The Former Market). 2. By Providing The Administrative Service Of Removing The Vehicle, The Contractors Access To The Place Indicated At Their Disposal, Loading Of The Vehicle, Its Immediate Transport To The Parking Lot Indicated In Point 1 And Its Unloading And Parking. 3. After Bringing The Vehicle To The Parking Lot, The Contractor Undertakes To Transfer The Service Of The Vehicle Parking Lot In An Uncomfortable State. The Contractor Undertakes To Prepare Detailed Photographic Documentation Of The Vehicles Condition And Sign The Parking Administrators Administrator Admission Protocol On The Condition Of The Vehicle According To The Template Constituting Annex 4 To The Contract. The Documentation Will Be Stored For A Period Of 5 Years. 4. The Contractor Provides The Service Referred To In Point 1 24 -Hour, 7 Days A Week, On Business Days, Non -Working Days And Holidays. 5. The Contractor Undertakes To Reach The Place Indicated By The Authorized Authority Immediately, No Later Than Within 30 Minutes Of Issuing The Telephone Disposition Of The Vehicle By The Entity Authorized In The Road Traffic Act And Start Removing The Vehicle In Accordance With The Recommendations Of An Authorized Authority That Issued The Instruction. 6. The Contractor Undertakes To Have Funds To Collect, Protect And Neutralize Petroleum And Oil Backwaters. The Contractor Undertakes To Remove Leaks Of Petroleum Substances Resulting From Vehicle Collision. 7. Specialist Equipment For This Type Of Tasks In A Number Ensuring The Possibility Of Efficient And Continuous Provision Of A Service Consisting In Removing The Vehicle From Anywhere In The City Of Rzeszów Should Be Used To Tow Vehicles. The Contractor Must Have Equipment For Removing Vehicles With An Automatic Transmission. The Contractor Undertakes To Perform The Subject Of The Contract Using Vehicles Approved For Traffic, Having Important Technical Tests And Approvals, Equipped And Marked (Logo, Name Of The Contractors Company). 8. The Contractor Is Obliged To Provide The Right Number Of People To Administrative Removal Of Vehicles From The City Of Rzeszów At D.M.C To 3.5 Tonnes.
