The Subject Of The Contract Is: 1.1. Benefit For The Agency For Restructuring And Modernization Of Agriculture (Arma) Services In The Field Of Assurance Of A Team Of Specialists (Consultants) For The Needs Of The Hotline (Body Leasing). The Order Will Be Carried Out By Providing The Contracting By The Contractor With Specialists (Consultants) That Meet The Requirements Specified In Point 2.2., Who Will Provide Services To The Employer, In The Location Of The Ordering Party At Ul. Poleczki 33, 02-822 Warsaw Or Remotely. Management Of The Work Of Specialists (Consultants) And Time Settlement Of Their Work Will Be Carried Out By The Contracting Authority. 1.2. The Contractor Will Provide Specialists (Consultants) With Professional Qualifications, Education And Experience Specified In Annex 1 To The Ppu. 1.3. Specialists (Consultants) Will Provide Work For The Employer In A Continuous Manner, While Maintaining The Deadlines Set By The Employer And Using The Principles Of Safety (Occupational Health And Safety, Fire Protection, Information Security, Personal Data Protection), Procedures And Work Organization. 1.4. The Contracting Authority Will Provide Specialists (Consultants) With The Necessary Training In Which The Participation Of Specialists (Consultants) Will Be Compulsory And Confirmed By An Appropriate Certificate. 1.5. The Contracting Authority Provides That The Service Will Be (At The Same Time) To 12 Specialists (Consultants). 1.6. The Employer Estimates That The Number Of Man -Hours Throughout The Entire Period Of The Contract Will Be About 30,000. 2. The Contracting Authority Requires That The Performance Of The Subject Of The Contract Takes Place Under The Terms And Rules Of The Specified Contract Provisions (Also Called: Ppu) Together With Attachments, Constituting Annex 8 To Swz. 3. The Contracting Authority Requires That At Least One Person Addressed To The Contract Is The Person Belonging To One Of The Socially Marginalized Groups Referred To In Art. 96 Para. 2 Point 2 Of The Act, In Particular Unemployed, Disabled Or Adolescents.
