The Subject Of This Procedure Is The Selection Of A Contractor For The Delivery Of A Flash-Chromatography System Performance Of The Contract Includes: Delivery Of The Flash-Chromatography System To The Place Of Installation; Installation; Commissioning And Testing Of The System; Training Of Specialists; Providing Period During Which It Will Guarantee The Right Of The Goods And Remove Any Defects. Delivery And All Subsequent Activities For The Execution Of The Contract Must Be Carried Out In The Building Of The Institute Of Organic Chemistry With The Center For Phytochemistry-Bas At: Sofia, 1113, Acad. Bonchev Str. The Supplied Equipment Must Be Factory New, Unused And Manufactured In Accordance With The European Safety Standards And Be In The Current Manufacturers Production List. The Software Products (Packages) (If Applicable) Must Be Licensed. The Equipment Must Be Delivered With All Parts, Accessories And Supplies Necessary For Proper Operation And Trouble -Free Operation. The Offered Equipment Must Be With Parameters Identical Or Better Than The Minimum Requirements Of The Contracting Authority Specified In The Technical Specification. The Implementation Of The Activities Subject To The Contract Should Not Lead To Significant Ineffectiveness In The Use Of Resources Or To An Increase In Waste Generation. The Supplied Equipment Must Meet The European Safety And Efficiency Requirements For The Consumption Of The Resources Needed For The Work, Such As Electricity, Water, Gases, And Not Release Hazardous Substances, Which Would Affect The Ozone Layer Or Environmental Pollution Due To The Release Of Hazardous Substances At Work. The Implementation Of The Activities Subject To The Contract Should Not Lead To The Release Of Significant Greenhouse Gas Emissions, An Increase In Air Pollutants, Water Pollution And Soils, Etc. The Compliance Of The Delivered Equipment With The Safety And Non -Compliance Requirements Shall Be Established Upon Delivery, Demonstrating With The Existence Of A Marking Of The Delivered Equipment, Which Certifies That The Product Complies With The Applicable Requirements Of The Unions Legislative Acts Providing For The Non -Harm.
