The Procurement Procedure, Time Limits, Selection Criteria, Component And Alternative Tenders And Other Procurement Information Mentioned In The Notification Are Preliminary And Do Not Bind The Contracting Entity To Implement The Planned Procurement Accordingly. The Purpose Of The Request Is To Identify Market Players And Their Views On The Possible Implementation Of First Aid Supplies, Supplementary Products And Defibrillators. No Compensation Will Be Paid For Responding To The Request For Information. This Notice Does Not Start A Tender. According To The Preliminary Plan, The City Of Jyväskylä Will Compete For First Aid Supplies, Supplementary Products And Defibrillators With A Subsequent Invitation To Tender To Be Published. Dialogue. The Notification Will Be Sent By Responding To This Request For Information In The System On June 4, 2025 At 12 Noon. On The Basis Of The Registrations, The Contracting Entity Will Select A Maximum Of Five (5) Market Operators For Written Dialogue. The Contracting Entity Reserves The Right To Cut The Number Of Written Dialogues. The Contracting Entity Sends Pre -Material And Questions To The Written Dialogue And Requests Actors To Answer The Questions Asked In Writing. The Aim Is For The Contracting Entity To Prepare For The Procurement After The Dialogue Of The Final Invitation To Tender. The Contracting Entity Is Not Obliged To Take Into Account The Answers Received In The Request For A Call For Tenders.
