1. Material Order Of The Order Includes: 1.1. Measure 1.1-Construction And Installation Works, Including: • Reconstruction And Renovation Of The Building Of The Former Clinic, • Changing The Use Of Use To A Museum Function, • Expansion With External Stairs, • Construction Of An Information Board (Led Screen), Fences, Bands Around The Building, Waste Square And Square For Air-Conditioning Aggregates, • Implementation Of Installation: Mechanical Ventilation, Air-Conditioning, Water. Central Heating, Electric, Low -Current, Lightning Protection, Fire -Fighting, Etc. • Conservation Renovation Of The Facade, • Elevator Assembly, • Finishing Works: Joinery, Plasters, Painting, Suspended Ceilings, Floors, Etc. • Room Equipment - Includes Permanent Elements Related To Museum Function. 1.2. Measure 1.2 - Land Development, Including: • Execution Of Elements Of Small Architecture, • Planting Of Greenery, • Hardening Of The Surface. 2. The Contractor Is Obliged To: • Implementation Of Works In Accordance With The Design Documentation, Stwior, The Provisions Of The Construction Law, Environmental Protection, Health And Safety, Fire Protection And The Principle Of Do Not Do Serious Damage (Dnsh) And Swz, And Their Documentation, • The Utilization Of Waste Generated During Implementation, • Execution Of As -Built Documentation, • Obtaining An Use Permit, • Developing A Certificate Of Energy Characteristics (If Required), • Exercise Of Fire Protection, Instructions And Fireplace Scenario, • Providing Warranty Service And Maintenance Of Devices From The Date Of Receipt. 3. Compliance, • In Accordance With The Principle Of Equal Treatment And Access To Orders. The Employer Allows Equivalent Solutions. 7. Sicer Of Evidence In The Scope Of Ensuring The Equivalence Of The Offered Solutions Lies With The Contractor In Accordance With Art. 101 Para. 5 Of The Pzp.8 Act. In The Event Of The Contractors Failure To Indicate In The Offer Of An Equivalent Solution, The Employer Will Consider That The Contractor Will Carry Out The Subject Of The Contract In Accordance With The Solutions Indicated In Swz And Its Attachments.
