Modernization Of Lighting: For Energy-Saving, 2) The Contractor Will Implement The Subject Of The Contract To The Scope And In The Manner Specified In The Project Documentation And The Technical Specification Of The Performance And Acceptance Of Construction Works (Studies Made By X-Bud Piotr Bielecki, Toruń) Components Of The Project Documentation And Technical Specification Of The Implementation And Receipt Of Construction Works Listed In Annex 1 To The Contract) And In Accordance With Applicable Regulations, Standards, Inspection Of The Construction Area And In Accordance With The Administrative Decisions Held By The Ordering Party. The Contractor Will Perform Work, Taking Into Account The Standards For The Protection, Shaping And Care Of The Green Areas Contained In Annex 1 Entitled Protection Of Trees In The Investment Process To The Environmental Protection Program For The City Of Toruń For 2021-2024, Taking Into Account The Perspective Until 2028, Constituting An Attachment To Resolution No. 699/2021 Of The Toruń City Council Of September 9, 2021 On The Adoption Of The Environmental Protection Program For The City Of Toruń For 2021-2024, Taking Into Account The Perspective Until 2028. The Contractor Will Become Familiar With All Location, Field And Implementation Conditions Before Submitting The Offer, And Will Include Them In The Lump Sum.
