1 The Scope Of Renovation Works: 1) Replacement Of The Corridor Floor From Cement Tiles And Lastricia With Granite Plates (Except For The Decorative Lastrico Floor At 26, 32 Rooms), 2) Replacement Of Floors From Panels On The Stairs And At The Room 31/13 For New Panels, 3) Replacement Of All Pedestals And Skirting Boards, 4) Purification And Painting Of Wooden Thresholds In Wooden Thresholds And Painting In Wooden Thresholds Doors, 5) Purification And Painting Of Wooden Stairs And Balustrades, 6) Replacement Of A Part Of The Balustrade At The Level Of The First Floor, 7) Installation Of Suspended Ceilings, Except For The Corridor With Cross Vaults And Parts Of The Ground Floor Under Staircase, 8) Painting Walls, Vaults, Ceilings In Places Without Suspended Ceilings, 9) Complete Dismantling Lighting; Preparation Of Installations And Assembly Of New Fittings, Including Luminaires Mounted In Suspended Ceilings, 10) Replacement Of Nests And Electrical Fasteners With New Ones; Complete Disassembly Of Unnecessary Electrical Accessories And Unnecessary Cable Troughs, 11) Transfer Of The Wiring Part To Wall Furrows, 12) Replacement Of The Radiator On The 1St Floor; Painting Central Heating Pipes And Radiator On The Ground Floor. 3. Above The Works Should Be Carried Out Along With The Export Of The Resulting Waste. The Order Also Includes The Performance Of As -Built Documentation In 3 Copies. 4. The Contracting Authority Provides For The Order In One Stage. 5. Work In The Building Of The Municipal Office In Chrzanów At Al. Henryk 20 Are To Be Made After The Office Hours. The Contracting Authority Provides For The Possibility Of Consent To Perform Quiet Work During The Offices Working Hours, I.E. 7:00 - 17:00, Tue - Thurs 7:00 - 15:00, 7:00 - 13:00, While Maintaining Active Service Of The Parties By Employees Of The Municipal Office In Chrzanów. 6. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Contract Is Included In The Design Documentation Constituting Annex 8 To Swz, Containing A Building Inventory Of Rooms Intended For Renovation, Technical Specifications Of The Execution And Acceptance Of Works, Visualization And Bill Of Quantities. 7. The Contracting Authority Informs That In The Period From June 25, 2025 To July 31, 2025, The Task Will Be Carried Out. Renovation Of The Mosaic Lastrinth In The Building Of The Municipal Office In Chrzanów (I.E. The Decorative Floor Of Lastriko, Referred To In Paragraph 2 Point 1). In Connection With The Above, The Contractor Will Be Obliged To Take Into Account The Need To Adapt His Work Schedule To Implement The Abovementioned Tasks.
