Not Used Before The Day Of Delivery, Excluding The Use Of The Necessary Test Of Its Correct Work, Was Free From Physical And Legal Defects And That They Have No Third Party Right To It, And That It Is Not The Subject Of Any Proceedings And Security. The Tractor (And Accessories) Must Meet The Technical Requirements Of Admission To Road Traffic.
