Nevertheless, In The Case Of Materials Describing The Subject Of The Order Of Trademarks, Patents Or Origin, Source Or A Detailed Process, Which Characterizes The Products Or Services Provided By A Specific Contractor, The Contracting Authority Allows Materials And/Or Solutions Equivalent To Described Provided That Technical, Quality And Utility Parameters Are Maintained No Worse Than Those Indicated In The Documentation And Non -Conducting Technology. The Names Indicated In The Documentation Should Then Be Treated As Examples. The Contractor, Who Refers To Equivalent Solutions Described By The Contracting Authority, Is Obliged To Show In The Offer That The Construction Works Offered By Him As Part Of The Subject Of The Contract And The Materials Used/Delivered Meet The Requirements Set By The Employer.
