The Contracting Authority Does Not Allow Partial Offers. The Subject Of The Order Is Limited To The Supply Of Equipment/Equipment/Tools To One School Workshop. 4. The Purchaser Does Not Reserve The Obligation To Perform A Key Part Of The Contract By The Contractor In Person. The Contractor May Entrust The Performance Of Part Of The Subcontractors Order. The Contractor Should Indicate In The Offer Part Of The Contract, Which He Intends To Entrust To Subcontractors And Provide The Names Of Possible Subcontractors If They Are Already Known. Entrusting The Performance Of Part Of The Order To Subcontractors Does Not Release The Contractor From Liability For The Proper Performance Of This Order. 5.
