1. The Subject Of The Contract Is To Perform Investor Supervision Over Construction Works Related To The Renovation Of The Roof Structure Of The School Building, Consisting In The Complete Replacement Of The Corroded Roof Structure. As Part Of The Task, It Is Expected To Disassemble The Roof Covering Of Ceramic Tile, Taking Into Account Re -Installation Along With Guttering, Drain Pipes, Roof Hazch, Lightning Protection Installation And Roof Accessories. Demolition Of The Attic Roof Structure For Utilization. Disassembly Of The Floor From Osb Boards And Thermal Insulation Of The Attic Floor In Part For Further Use. Construction Works Will Consist Of Restoring The Roof Truss To Its Original State By Replacing The Entire Roof Structure In Connection With The Extensive Invasion Of Wood Pests In An Existing Bond. The Works Are To Include The Replacement Of All Wooden Elements, Including The Foundations. 2. Description Of The Subject Of The Contract Is Included In Annex 9.3. Other Requirements And Comments. 4.1.
