In The Subject Of The Order, The Delivery And Management Of The Estimated Quantity Of 194 406 Subsidized Pieces Of Electronic Catering Cards (Hereinafter Referred To As The “Card”) In The Nominal Value Of € 6.60 For Employees Of The Prešov University In Prešov Are Nominal. 3. The Subject Of The Order Includes, In Addition To Delivery Of Cards, Card Management And Attribution (Recharge) Of Meal Allowances To Individual Cards According To The Current Needs Of The Contracting Authority. 4. Catering Facilities (Providing The Public Hot Food), Which Accepts The Payment Of The Catering Card Offered By The Applicant, Must Be A Maximum Of 1000 Meters (On Foot) From The Registered Office Of The Contracting Authority (November 17, Prešov). 5. The Cards Must Meet The Following Requirements: A) Must Include Card Number, Name Or Logo Of The Card Publisher; The Name And Logo Of The Contracting Authority; (B) Must Be Issued In The Name And Surname Of The Employee - The Electronic Catering Card Holder; (C) Must Contain Protective Elements Against Counterfeiting And Abuse; (D) Contact And Contact Use Or Use Using A Personal Identification Code - Pin Code With The Possibility Of Changing It Online And Free Of Charge; (E) The Period Of Validity Of Each Exposed Card Shall Not Be Less Than 24 Months After The Release; (F) Must Contain The Expiry Date Of The Dietary Card - Marked Year And Month; G) The Possibility Of Individual Verification Of The Balance Of The Value Of The Meal Vote In Euros In Several Ways - On The Applicants Web Portal, In The Vicinity
