Building Construction Work-Consolidation Works Related To The Investment Objective “Real Estate Consolidation Located In Nicolae Bălcescu Boulevard No. 32-34, Sector 1, Bucharest”. The General Objective Is To Reduce The Seismic Risk With Priority To Buildings With The Destination Of Multi -Storey Housing And To The Spaces With A Destination Other Than The Housing, Classified By The Technical Expertise In Class I Or Ii Of Seismic Risk, By The Execution Of Intervention Works In Order To Protect The Lives Of The People, Of Their Assets, Of Their Goods, The Local And General Rigidity Of The Structure, Which Will Lead To The Improvement Of Its Behavior In Both Seismic And Gravitational Actions. The Purpose Of These Works Is To Consolidate And Bring To The Parameters Of Operating A Collective Or Public Interest Building. The Consolidated Buildings, Based On The Contract Of Works That Will Be Concluded, Will Be Handed Over To The Owners/Beneficiaries/Administrators, For The Purpose Of Use By Users And Communities. For The Aforementioned Investment Objective, It Was Submitted, Within The National Program For The Consolidation Of High Seismic Risk Buildings - The Subprogram Design And Execution Of The Intervention Works For Buildings With The Main Dwelling Destination, The Application For Financing Registered With No. Mdlpa Ccrs - 1188/19.04.2024. Subsequently, The Investment Objective Was Approved On The Synthesis List, At Poz. The Building Is Located In The City Of Bucharest On Nicolae Bălcescu Boulevard No.32-34, Sector 1, Bucharest, Located On A Land With An Area Of 785 Sqm, With Housing Property. According To The Information Included In The Topographic Plane Scale 1: 500, It Is A Construction Composed Of Two Building Bodies Connected At The Basement Level, By A Main Level Wide At Half Level, Which Is Common, With A Height Regime S+P+9E. The Floors Have A Housing Function. On The Ground Floor There Are Two Spaces With Another Destination. The Block Owns 41 Apartments, Privately Owned, Natural Persons And 2 Spaces With Another Destination, In Private Property, Legal Persons. The Plane Shape Of The Construction Is Irregular Near The Shape Of A Trapeze, With The Main Facade Aligned At Bd. N. Balcescu.
