And P.T. + D.E., Drawn Up By The Designer, Will Be Verified On Areas/Subdomains Of Constructions And Specialties For The Installations Related To The Constructions, Corresponding To All The Applicable Fundamental Requirements Provided By Law No. 10/1995 Regarding The Quality In Constructions, Established By The Designer/Designers And Specified In The Project, By Specialists With Construction Activity, Other Than The Specialists Elaborators Of The Projects, Certified By The Ministry Of Regional Development And Public Administration As Project Verifiers/Underdomen Of Construction And On Specialties For The Installations Related To The Construction. ● Project Management For The Investment Objective From The Performer; The Contractor Will Appoint A Representative As A Contract/Project Manager Who Will Communicate Directly With The Contracting Authority. The Contract/Project Manager Will Ensure Within The Contract The Project Management For The Investment Objective. ● Technical Assistance From The Designer During The Execution Of The Works; The Technical Assistance From The Designer Will Be Granted Throughout The Execution Of The Works.
