The Subject Of The Public Contract Is The Supply Of A Multifunctional Diagnostic System For Veterinary Ophthalmology For Sensing Eye Background And Performing The Diagnosis Of Eye Disease Through Autofluorescence, Fluorescent Angiography And Electrophysiological Examination Methods. The Ophthalmology System Will Be Designed Primarily To Determine The Functionality Of The Retina Of The Experimental Miniprasat By The Contracting Authority In A Non -Invasive Way. The Subject Of The Public Contract Is: A) Transport Of The System For Ophthalmology To The Place Of Performance; (B) Commissioning Of Ophthalmology System Involving Its Installation And Testing Functionality; (C) The Handover Of All Documentation In Czech Or English Related To The Ophthalmology System, Which Is Needed For Handling And Its Operation Or That Requires Relevant Legislation And Czech And European Technical Standards, In Particular The Declaration Of Conformity, Operating Instructions, Maintenance Instructions; D) Training Of 2 Contracting Authorities To Operate The System For Ophthalmology; (E) Warranty For The Quality System For Ophthalmology; And F) Performing The Warranty Service Of The Ophthalmology System For The Quality Of The Quality.
