Digihelsinki Competes For The Helsinki City Group As A Comprehensive Service Related To Cyber Security Control And Related Disruption Management. The Aim Is To Improve The Security Control Of The Entire City Group And The Observation Of Security Events, As Well As The Management Of Security Disorders, And To Complement The City Groups Own Security Capabilities. At The Heart Of The Total Service To Be Purchased Is The Csoc Service (24/7/365), Which Refers To A Service Which, In Accordance With The Requirements Of This Contract Notice And Its Annexes, Is, Inter Alia, On The Control Of Security Events, Analyzing And Responding To Events And Vulnerabilities, And The Implementation Of Action Plans. The Supplier Reports To The Subscriber In Accordance With The Requirements Of The Invitation To Tender. According To A Preliminary Estimate Of The Contracting Unit, The Overall Service Will Include The Cyber Security Areas Described In The Materials Attached To The Contract Notice. The Areas And The Service Components They Contain Are Negotiated During The Procurement Procedure. The Contracting Entity Is Also Prepared For Possible Service Extensions During The Contract Period. The Contracting Entity Purchases A Suitable Solution For Its Operating Environment From One Overall Responsible Supplier. The Contracting Entity Asks For Journalists Interested In The Procurement Procedure To Pay Attention To The Fact That The Csoc Service Should Be Offered To The Helsinki City Group In A Completely Smooth Finnish Language. This Is One Of The Minimum Service Requirements That Are Not Negotiated During The Procurement Procedure. This And Other Minimum Requirements For The Service To Be Purchased Are Listed In This Contract Notice. The Procurement Is Subject To The Law On Public Procurement And Access Agreements (1397/2016, Late Procurement Law). This Is An Acquisition Exceeding The Eu Threshold.
