Feesibility Study - Electrification Of 6 Traffic Sections Of The Romanian Railway System - Srcf Bucuresti Lot 1 Bucharest (Chitila) -Titu - Pitesti Cap Y ”(Phase Of Feasibility). Following The Development Of This Contract, The Following Are Expected From The Contractor: • The Feasibility Study In Accordance With Gd No. 907 Of November 29, 2016 Regarding The Elaboration Stages And The Framework Content Of The Technical-Economic Documentation Related To The Objectives / Investment Projects Financed From Public Funds, They Will Contain, But Will Not Be Limited To: • Compliance With The Contracts And The Specification, As Well As Of The Legislation In The Field Of Railway Infrastructure, The Safety Of The Traffic, The Health Of The Population And The Protection Of The Environment, Etc., And The Observance Of The Normative And Regulatory Acts, The Specific Technical Regulations, The Provisions, The Files Of The International Railway Union, The Technical Specifications And The Technical Norms Of Interoperability, As Well As Of The Standardization Documents, Applicable, In Force, In Order To Develop A Complete Documentation; • Preparation Of The Location Plan And The Expropriation Corridor (If Applicable) According To The Final Variant And The Adopted Technical Solution; The Transfer Of The Property Right Of The Buildings Subject To Expropriation On Behalf Of The Romanian State, If Applicable; • Evaluation Of The Impact On The Environment, Completed With Obtaining The Environmental Agreement, With All That It Involves, In Accordance With The European And Romanian Legislation In Force, If Applicable; • Elaboration Of Expertise For All Existing Structures And Which Will Be Affected By Electrification Works • Elaboration Of Complete Field Studies (Topographic Study Concerned Ocpi, Geotechnical Study, Hydraological, Hydraulic, Etc.) • Preparation Of Technical -Economic Analysis, Including The Sensitivity Analysis And The Final Risk Analysis; Drawing Up The Public Procurement Documentation Necessary For The Award Of Design And Execution Contracts, As Well As For Consulting And Supervision Contracts; • Drawing Up The Necessary Documentation And Obtaining On Behalf Of The Contracting Entity Of The Urbanism Certificates And Of The Notices Requested By The Urbanism Certificates, As Well As Of Other Notices, Agreements, Authorizations In This Design Phase (Sf). Elaboration Of The Documents Necessary To Obtain The Isu Opinion And The Fire Scenarios, If It Is The Case; • Elaboration Of The Documentation For The Approval Of The Technical-Economic Indicators In The Cte Of The Mt, In The Inter-Ministerial Council, As Well As For Promoting The Government Decision; • Elaboration Of The Documentation To Ensure All The Necessary Utilities And Obtain On Behalf Of Cncf Cfr-Sa, Of All Agreements, Site Opinions And The Technical Notices Of Connection To This Design Phase (Sf), For The Correct And Complete Evaluation Of The Costs Of The Reinforcement Of The Utility Networks (Water, Water, Etc.)
