Vendor to provide beer dispensing services at three (3) beer tents, the Village of Cultures, and Reisch Pavilion at the Illinois State Fair. This will be a concession contract allowed under Illinois Procurement Code (30 ILCS 500/53-10) and awarded to the highest bidder with the best return to the State.
