Ventilation Upgrade - Blueridge Elementary School . This Project Involves A Ventilation System Upgrade For The North-West And South Classroom Wings, Central Administration Offices And The Library. Existing Wall-Mounted Unit Ventilators Will Be Removed And Replaced With New Vertical-Mounted Displacement Ventilators And Hydronic Wall Fin Heaters. The System Will Integrate With New Millwork (Provided By School District No.44), And Include General, Electrical And Controls Work. Modifications To The Exterior Walls And Roof Will Be Made To Support New Air Intakes. The Contractor Is Responsible For All Coordination, Installation, And Necessary Adjustments To Deliver A Complete, Code-Compliant, And Operational System. A Mandatory Site Meeting Will Take Palce At The School On Monday May 26Th 2025 At 11:00Am Local Time. Attendance Will Be Taken And All Proponents Are Required To Sign In.
