Et Al. Lot 2: Delivery Of Multifunction Devices, Printers And Consumables; The Following Basic Deliveries Are Provided Within The Position: 14 Multainmental Structures; 1 Piece Of Matrix Printer; A Detailed Inforaora For The Parameters Of All Goods In All Lots Is Contained In The Attached Technical Specification. Item Assigned Under The Procedure Of Art. Lot No 3: “Delivery Of Photographic Equipment And Studio Equipment” Lot No 4: Delivery Of Smart Cane And Mobile Phone With Accessories Lot No. 5: Delivery Of Multimedia Projectors Lot No. 6: Delivery Of Library Software The Estimated Value Of The Lot 1 And No. 2 Represents Approximately 81.40% Of The Total Estimated Value Of The Contract, And The Estimated Value Of The Lot 3, №4, №5 And №6 Represents Approximately 18.60% Of The Total Estimated Value Of The Contract. Since The Estimated Value Of The Lot №3, №4, №5 And №6 Is Below Bgn 50,000 Without Vat Included, It Falls Within The Scope Of Art. 20, Para. 4, Item 3 Of The Public Procurement Act. In View Of The Foregoing And On The Grounds Of Art. 21, Para. 6 Of The Public Procurement Act, Lot №3, №4, №5 And №6 Will Be Assigned In Accordance With Art. 20, Para. 4, Item 3 Of The Public Procurement Law - By Direct Award. On The Grounds Of Art. 104, Para. 2 Of The Public Procurement Act, The Contracting Authority Provides For The Evaluation Of The Technical And Price Proposals Of The Participants In This Award Procedure To Be Carried Out Before Consideration Of The Documents For Compliance With The Personal Status Of The Participants. The Actions Of The Commission Will Be Carried Out In The Sequence Provided For In Art. 61 Of Pppop.
