Construction Supervision Services Include: Activity 1. Construction Supervision During The Implementation Of The Site, Until Its Acceptance And Commissioning With The Issuance Of A Permit For Use/Certificate Of Commissioning, In Accordance With The Requirements Of The Spatial Planning Act And Guaranteeing The Application Of The Bulgarian Regulatory Requirements; Activity 2. Fulfillment Of The Function Of The Safety And Health Coordinator, In Accordance With Ordinance No. 2 Of 22.03.2004 On The Minimum Requirements For Health And Safe Working Conditions In The Implementation Of Construction And Assembly Works; Activity 3. Preparation Of A Technical Passport According To Art. 176A Of The Spatial Planning Act And Ordinance No. 5 Of December 28, 2006 On The Technical Passports Of The Construction Works For The Site Or For The Respective Part Of It, If A Gradual Transfer Of Parts Of The Construction Contract Is Made, In The Following Lots: Lot # 1: Exercise Construction Supervision Of High Construction Works And Its Adjacent Infrastructure On The Territory Of Targovishte Municipality; Lot 2: Exercise Construction Supervision Of Construction Works From The Transport Infrastructure On The Territory Of Targovishte Municipality; Lot No. 3: Exercise Construction Supervision Of Construction Works From The Public Works, Hydrotechnical Construction And Environmental Protection On The Territory Of Targovishte Municipality.
