The Subject Of The Public Procurement Is Related To A Major Overhaul For The Introduction Of Energy Efficiency Measures And An Affordable Architectural Environment In The Building Of Aleko Konstantinov State District, Upi Xi, Sq. The Following Activities Are Provided In The Project: 1. Improve The Energy Characteristics Of The Building By Applying Highly Efficient Energy Measures - Thermal Insulation Of Exterior Walls And Roof, Replacement Of Exterior Windows And Doors, Installation Of High -Efficiency Air -To -Air Thermal Pump System, Replacement Of All Luminaires With Leds; 2. Implement All Necessary Measures To Ensure An Accessible Environment For Disadvantaged People; 3. Preparation Of A Solution For The Color Layout Of The Enclosing Walls Of The Site (Building), As Well As The Places And Dimensions Of Information Elements; 4. An Internal Repair Construction Works Are Provided Only For The Places Where New Ducts, Conducts Or Other Parts Of The Installations Are Replaced Or Driven. Complete Information On The Range, Volume And Technical Requirements For The Implementation Of The Construction Works Are Indicated In The Technical Specification. For The Envisaged Activities An Investment Project (Ip) Was Developed In The Working Project Phase, Containing Part Architectural, Part Construction, Part El, Part Of The Water Supply And Sewerage Part, Part Of The Hap And Ee, Part Pb, Part Of The Pbz, Part Of The Pus. The Category Of The Site, According To The Nomenclature Of The Types Of Construction, Is The Third Category. The Deadline For Execution Of The Subject Of The Contract Is Offered By The Contractor, But It May Not Be Longer Than 210 Calendar Days, But Not Later Than 31.03.2026.
