The Main Activities Included In The Scope Of This Public Procurement Are Related To The Design, Implementation Of Construction Works And Copyright Supervision Of The Site: Implementation Of Energy Efficiency Measures Of A Multi -Family Residential Building On Mihail Kochev Street, Chirpan As Follows: Preparation Of An Investment Project In The Technical Design Phase In All Necessary Parts, According To The Output Design Data, The Prescriptions, Technical Specifications And The Assignment Of The Contracting Authority And In Compliance With The Requirements Of The Regulations In The Republic Of Bulgaria, Incl. Ordinance No. 4 On The Scope And Content Of The Investment Projects, The Spatial Planning Act And The By -Laws On Their Implementation. The Assistance Of The Contracting Authority In The Conduct Of An Administrative Procedure For Approving The Investment Project By The Competent Authority And Coordination Of The Project Documentation From All Necessary Instances, Remedial Of Established Errors And Omissions During The Design And Obtaining A Building Permit. Implementation Of Construction Works (Construction Works) And The Accompanying Related Activities Necessary For The Implementation Of The Construction Of The Site, In Accordance With The Regulatory Requirements, The Building Permit And The Approved Investment Project.
