Tenders Are Invited For Purchase Of Electricity For The Needs Of The Kisielice Commune

1. The Subject Of The Contract Is The Delivery - Purchase Of Electricity To The Employer And Organizational Units Of The Ordering Party: 1) Daily Delivery Of Electricity With A Rated Voltage Of The 230/400 V Network With A Frequency Of 50 Hz.2) The Contracting Authority Requires That The Price Proposed By The Contractor To Apply From 01.07.2025 To 30.06.2026 Buildings: 200,000 Kwh, The Estimated Amount Of Energy Orientation Is Only Approximate, Used To Compare Offers And, In No Case, Is The Contracting Authority To Buy Energy In The Amount Given. The Contractor Will Not Be Entitled To Any Claim For Not Collecting The Expected Maximum Amount Of Energy By The Employer. 4) The Contracting Authority Has The Right To Disable To 20% Of The Volume Due To The Organization Of The Energy Cooperative And The Inclusion Of Individual Ppe In Its Resources. 6) The Contractor Also Undertakes To Act As The Entity Responsible For Trade Balancing For Electricity Sold Under The Contract. 7) The Contractor Will Balance The Trade Of Energy Purchased By The Employer On The Basis Of A Standard Consumption Profile With A Contractual Capacity Specified In Annex 1 To The Agreement. 8) The Costs Resulting From The Balance Of Balancing Should Be Taken Into Account By The Contractor In The Electricity Price Given In The Offer Form. 9) Electricity Bought On The Basis Of A Contract Will Be Consumed For The Needs Of The Final Recipient. 10) Energy Supplier Is Obliged To Have A Distribution Agreement Concluded With The Distribution System Operator (Osd) Competent For The Employers Objects At The Latest By The Date Of The Contract Regarding The Contract. 11) The Supplied Electricity Must Meet Technical Standards In Accordance With The Provisions Of The Act Of 10 April 1997 - Energy Law And Executive Ordinances To This Act And Polish Standards. 12) Settlement Of Delivery With The Service Will Take Place On The Basis Of Actual Energy Consumption According To Prices And Rates Of Fees Resulting From The Submitted Offer. 13) The Contracting Authority Informs That Settlements And Payments Will Be Made Between The Contractor And The Buyer (Kisielice Commune), Separately For The Recipients Listed In Annex 1A, 1B To The Contract - A List Of Recipients. This Means That Invoices For The Supply Of Energy Will Be Issued And Delivered Directly To The Recipient. 14) The Contracting Authority Informs That The Process Of Changing The Seller Of Electricity Is Once Again Taking Place. Grunwaldzka 472, 80-309 Gdańsk.15) The Obligation Of The Selected Contractor Will Be To Terminate The Current Contracts And Represent All Units Listed In Annex 1 To The Template/Draft Contract Before The Relevant Operator Of The Distribution System. 16) Due To The Specificity Of The Order, The Contracting Authority Informs That No Part Or All Order Can Be Entrusted To Subcontract
