The Subject Of The Order Is The Renovation Of The Sanitary Sanitary Sewage System Along With The Connection For The Poviat Sanitary And Epidemiological Station In Tychy. Description Of The Subject Of The Contract (Hereinafter Opz) And The Manner Of Its Performance Is Specified In The Technical Documentation Developed For The Purposes Of This Contract, I.E. In Annex 6 To Swz And In Annex 5 To Swz - Significant Proceedings Of The Contract (Hereinafter Ipu). Documents Consisting Of Swz Are Mutually Describing And Complementary. Handwritten Records On Documentation Are Binding. All Works Demonstrated In At Least One Of The Documents Should Be Performed In A Proper Manner, And The Entire Scope Of The Subject Of The Contract Described In The Contract Documents And Their Cost Should Be Included In The Contractual Price.
