1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Delivery Of An Electric Car With A Charger For The Needs Of The City Guard In Szczecinek. The Range Includes The Supply Of A Brand New Electric Car With Buildings For Transporting Detainees Along With A Wallbox Three -Phase Charger, Technical Parameters And Equipping In Accordance With The Requirements Of Opz And Buildings Adapted To Transport People Detained For The Needs Of The City Guard In Szczecinek. A Factory New Car With Buildings Adapted To Transport Detainees, Must Meet The Requirements Of Legal Acts In Poland Regarding The Admission Of Vehicles To Road Traffic And Be Carried Out In Accordance With The Conditions Set Out In The Regulation Of The Minister Of Infrastructure Of 31.12.2002 On The Technical Conditions Of Vehicles And The Scope Of Their Necessary Equipment (Journal Of Laws 2016.2022, As Amended) And Have A Polish Approval Certificate. The Contractor Undertakes To Provide The Subject Of The Contract Corresponding To All Quality Standards Established By The Relevant Legal Provisions Together With All Necessary Documents, In Particular Required To Register The Vehicle.
