Tenders Are Invited For Delivery Of A Brand New Rescue And Fire-Fighting Car With Equipment For The Volunteer Fire Brigade Unit In Brzeziny Śląskie

1. The Subject Of The Contract Is The Delivery (Purchase) Of One Piece Of A Brand New Light Rescue And Firefighting Car On A 4 X 2 Drive Chassis (Container Buildings) With Equipment. 2. The Vehicle Must Be Unused, Free From Defects And Damage And Produced No Earlier Than In 2024 3. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Contract, Including Qualitative Requirements Relating To The Main Elements That Make Up The Subject Of The Contract, Are Included In Annex 4 And In The Designed Contractual Provisions, Constituting Annex 3 To Swz.4. The Contractor Will Grant The Employer A Minimum Of 24 Months Warranty On The Vehicle Delivered, I.E. For The Proper Functioning Of The Vehicle (Covering Both The Chassis, Engine, Mechanical / Electrical / Electronic Components As Well As Fire Development). 5. The Contractor Will Provide A Warranty Service, Located In Poland. 6. The Contracting Authority Does Not Allow The Possibility Of Submitting Partial Offers. The Accession Has Not Been Divided Into Parts, Because Its Item Is Limited To The Delivery Of 1 Pc. The Size Of The Order Is Corresponded To The Possibility Of Small And Medium -Sized Enterprises. 7. The Contracting Authority Does Not Reserve The Obligation To Perform A Key Part Of The Contract By The Contractor In Person. The Contractor May Entrust The Performance Of Part Of The Subcontractors Order. The Contractor Should Indicate In The Offer Part Of The Contract, Which He Intends To Entrust To Subcontractors And Provide The Names Of Possible Subcontractors If They Are Already Known. Entrusting The Performance Of Part Of The Order To Subcontractors Does Not Release The Contractor From Liability For The Proper Performance Of This Order. 8. The Contracting Authority Does Not Allow The Possibility Of Submitting A Variant Offer. 9. The Employer Does Not Provide For The Awarding Of Orders Referred To In Art. 214 Section 1 Item 8 Of The Public Procurement Law.
