1. The Subject Of The Contract Is The Implementation Of The Hotel And Gastronomic Service Together With The Provision Of The Training Room For The Needs Of The Regional Social Policy Center In Krakow, As Part Of The Project: Social Małopolska-Coordination Of Activities For Social Inclusion In Lesser Poland Under The European Funds For Social Development Program 2021-2027 Co-Financed By The European Social Fund Plus.2. Service, Subject To The Provisions Of Point 4, Covers The Implementation Of 2 Or 3-Day Meetings, Under Which The Contractor Will Provide: 1) Accommodation With Breakfast. 2) Food In The Form Of: Lunch, Dinner And Coffee Breaks. 3) A Training Room With Multimedia Equipment. 3. Number Of Meetings: About 15 Meetings. Number Of Participants: About 20 People (In The Range From About 10 To About 30 People) At Each Meeting, A Total Of 200 Dwarfs. 4. The Contracting Authority Provides For The Possibility Of Occasional Use Of The Service Only In Terms Of Accommodation With Breakfast And Dinner, Which Can Be Ordered Regardless Of Organized Meetings. The Maximum Number Of Services Referred To In This Item Will Be Not More Than 20% Of The Declared Number Of Dwarfs And Dinners And These Quantities Fall Within The Scope Of The Maximum Number Of Individual Services Covered By This Order. 5. Requirements For The Object/Accommodation: Location Up To 2 Km In A Straight Line From The Main Square In Krakow
