Fees QR 500 Bid Bond QR 30000 Start Purchase Date: 30-04-2025 07:30:00 End Purchase Date: 25-05-2025 12:30:00 Submission Closing Date: 25-05-2025 12:00 PM Description: Through this tender, the Qatar General Electricity and Water Corporation aims to purchase additional equipment and renew maintenance and support services for the existing UPS systems at the KAHRAMAA Data Center Approved companies will undertake maintenance and support of existing and new equipment including preventive maintenance, trouble shooting, and any required repairs to ensure uninterrupted operations The contract period is 38 months including implementation and support subject to applicable terms and conditions Notes: · · Fees are non refundable · The offer must be submitted with a bank guarantee in the amount of provisional bid bond issued by a Qatari Bank or by a bank operating in Qatar · Offers are to be submitted separately technical and commercial · Successful bidder has to submit a Bank Guarantee Performance Bond with value equal to 10% of the awarded value · KAHRAMAA has the right during the contract period after approval of the committee to increase or decrease the quantities services or works inline with the Tenders & Auctions Law and its regulations · Last date for receiving clarification is 7 days before the Bid Closing Date · Date for opening of the offer is on the next working day from Bid Closing Date as per the Tenders Committee meeting If you face any difficulty for downloading the Tender Documents after Payments please coordinate with IT Help Desk Administrator in the Government Procurement Portal The Unified Website of State Procurement monaqasat@mof.gov.qa Tender Link : https://www.km.qa/Business/Pages/Tenders.aspx
