Pursuant To Art. 221 Of Law No. 98/2016 And In Compliance With The Provisions Of The Subsequent Supply Contract, Any Changes That May Intervene During The Contract Period, Refer To The Following, Without Limiting To Them: Modifications Of The Contracting Parties; The Duration Of The Contract; Delivery Duration Of The Products; Verification And Reception; Subcontractants. Any Modification Of The Public Procurement Contract During Its Validity Period Other Than In The Cases And Conditions Provided In Art. 221 Of Law No. 98/2016 With The Subsequent Modifications And Completions Are Realized By Organizing A New Award Procedure, In Accordance With The Provisions Of Law No. 98/2016 With The Subsequent Modifications And Completions. The Changes Will Be Made After The Signing Of The Contract, In Accordance With The Contractual Provisions, Only Under The Conditions In Which They Do Not Represent Substantial Changes Within The Meaning Of The Provisions Of Art. 221 Para.
