Parts And Accessories For Vehicles And Their Engines - Delivery Of Brand New Parts To Mercedes Buses. The Delivered Parts Must Be Brand New, Good Quality, Undamaged, They Must Not Have Hidden Defects And Must Be In Line With The Description Contained In Annex 1A To Swz. The Supply Of Regenerated Or Assembled Parts With The Participation Of Regenerated Parts Is Not Allowed. The Supplied Parts As Parts And Items Of Vehicle Equipment Related To The Safety Of Their Use And Environmental Protection Are Specified In Annex 3 To The Regulation Of The Minister Of Infrastructure Of 31 December 2002 On The Technical Conditions Of Vehicles And The Scope Of Their Necessary Equipment (I.E., Journal Of Laws 2024.502, As Amended), Hence They Must Meet One Of The Conditions Specified In § 10 Above. Regulation.
