The Area Development, Environmental Planning And Projects (Gop) Department Is The Reliable Partner For (Policy) Implementation In The Field With A View To A Quality Use Of Space, A Sustainable Living Environment And Society. The Department Is A Professional In Area Development And Cooperation. From A Shared Vision, She Works Together With Various Actors So That Projects Reinforce Each Other From Coherence. As An Inspirator, Initiator Or Facilitator, She Creates Creative Processes In Which Partners Join Forces, Win Win Situations And Conflicts In Implementation Are Prevented. For This, She Will Work Proactively And Integrated With A Performance Instruments That Are Used With Knowledge And Expertise, And Where She Focuses On Making It Available As A Network Center. Among Other Things, The Department Conducts Integrated Planning Processes In Function Of The Preparation Of Regional Spatial Implementation Plans. In Order To Increase The Passage Rate Of Procedures And The Capacity For Drawing Up Documents Necessary For Completing Planning Processes, Gop Department Will Rely On Supporting An External Agency With Expertise On Spatial Planning, The Preparation Of Spatial Implementation Plans (Including The Environmental Rating / Planer) And Conducting Planning Processes At A Regional Level. Gop Will Rely On Supporting An External Agency For The Preparation Of Regional Spatial Implementation Plans That Implement A Planning Certificate That Has Been Issued At The Regional Level. On An Annual Basis It Is About Five Spatial Implementation Plans.
