The Subject Of The Agreement Is The Permanent And Continuous Supply Of Electricity (Taking Into Account Environmental Aspects) For The Needs Of The Client, With At Least 50 % Of The Supplied Electricity Obtained From Renewable Energy Sources (Res) Or From A High -Efficiency Cogeneration (Spte), Which Meets The Requirements Of The Green Public Procurement Regulation (Official Gazette Rs, No. 51/17, 64/17, 64/17, 64/17 49/20 - Ziuzeop, 152/20 - Zzuoop, 121/21, 132/23).
