Office-Support Services-Dictation And Word Processing Service To The Päijät-Häme Wellness Area. The Target Of Tendering Is To Acquire Dictation And Word Processing Services For The Päijät-Häme Welfare Area (Subscriber). The Service Is Provided On Weekdays (Monday - Friday) Between 07:00 And 16:00, According To The Need For The Customer. The Service To Be Acquired Covers The Dictation And Word Processing Service Of Primary And Specialized Care Units. The Invitation To Tender Materials Shows Units Where Dictations Are Produced At The Time Of The Competition. During The Contract Period, The Subscriber Has The Opportunity To Expand The Service To Be Purchased As A Welfare Area To Other Units. Tenderers Are Asked To Report In Their Tender Price To The Service According To The Subscribers Urgency Classes: A) Normal, B) Urgent And Quick. Requirements For The Services Subject To The Acquisition, Volume Assessments, Bidding Criteria, And Other Relevant Factors For The Implementation Of The Contract To Be Concluded Are More Detailed In This Invitation To Tender And In Its Annexes. One (1) Provider Will Be Selected As The Service Provider. The Service Agreement Will Be Signed With The Selected Tenderer For An Indefinite Term. The Service To Be Purchased Must Be Available To The Customer No Later Than October 1, 2025. The Subscriber Does Not Commit To The Minimum Cost Of Purchases And Does Not Include A Quantity Purchase Obligation.
