Environmental Services - Studies And Pre -Investment Activities Related To The Construction Of A Non -Hazardous Landfill Depot On The Territory Of Elin Pelin Municipality. The Award Of This Public Procurement Aims To Conclude A Contract, Which Includes The Implementation Of All Necessary Surveys And Preparatory Activities Related To The Preparation Of A Project For The Construction Of A New Facility/Ya For The Treatment Of Municipal Waste, Namely A Non -Hazardous Municipal Waste Depot On The Territory Of Elin Pelin Municipality. The Municipality Of Elin Pelin Is Part Of The Regional Association For Waste Management Gorna Malina (Rsu-Gorna Malina), Established By Protocol No. 1 Of September 28, 2016. In The Rsu-Gorna Malina, The Municipalities Of Gorna Malina And Elin Pelin Participate As Members Of Elin Pelin Municipality As A Leading Municipality In The Association. Currently, Household And Production Non-Hazardous Waste From Enterprises On The Territory Of The Two Municipalities Are Deposited At A Regional Landfill For Non-Hazardous Waste, Located In The Village There Are 3 Cells In The Depot, All Three Are In Operation. The Total Capacity Of The Depot Is 225 106 T. The Total Amount Of Deposited Waste In 2023 Was 14 262.58 T, Of Which 76.49 % Was The Share Of The Waste Received From Elin Pelin Municipality. At Present, The Depot Capacity Is 100%Filled. In Connection With The Above, With Protocol No. 20/20.01.2025, The Members Of The Rsu-Gorna Raspberry Decide To Take Actions For The Award And Carrying Out Studies And Pre-Investment Activities Related To The Construction Of A New Facility/To Treat Municipal Waste-A New Landfill For Non-Hazardous Municipal Waste On The Territory Of Elin Preshalin Municipality. The Public Procurement Is Intended, The Implementation Of All Necessary Surveys And Preparatory Activities Related To The Determination Of A Site, Conducting Procedures Under Chapter 6 Of The Epa, And The Preparation Of The Conceptual Design And An Application For The Issuance Of A Complex Permit In Connection With The Construction Of A Msw Landfill. The Capacity Of The Msw Landfill Should Be Not Less Than This Waste Deposition, Generated By The Municipality Of Elin Pelin For 10 Years, Based On A Morphological Analysis And Certain Estimates Of Waste For Depository. The Public Procurement Includes In Its Scope The Implementation Of The Following Activities: Activity 1: Preparatory Activities - The Activity Includes The Implementation Of The Following Subcontracts: - Justice 1.1.: Pre -Investment Studies - Judge 1.2.: Preparation Of The Necessary Documentation For The General Development Plan (Ma) Of The Municipality Of Elin Pelin And Development Of Detailed Development Playground.
