The Subject Of The Public Procurement Is The Implementation Of Construction And Installation Works Of The Site: Introducing Energy Efficiency Measures In The Building Of The House Of Culture In The Town Of Kardzhali. The Site Is A Construction Of The 1St, Iii Category, According To Article 137, Paragraph 1, Item 3, B. The Purpose Of This Public Procurement Is To Be Selected A Contractor For Carrying Out Construction And Assembly Works For The Energy Renovation Of An Administrative Building At A Proposal For Implementation Of An Investment (Ppi) Under The National Plan For Recovery And Sustainability No. Bg-Rrp-4.020-01-C01 On A Procedure For The Provision Of Funds (Piis) Energy Renovation Of The Public Building Fund For Administrative Services, Culture And Sports , Funded Under The Mechanism For Restoration And Sustainability For The European Union. Activities Included In The Scope Of The Public Procurement Include The Implementation Of The Construction Works Provided In The Investment Project, In Accordance With The Requirements Of All The Acts Of The Republic Of Bulgaria. When Providing Funds From The Mechanism And In Their Spending, Only Investments Are Supported, Which Respect The Principle Of Non -Existence Of Significant Damage Within The Meaning Of Art. 2, Item 6 Of Regulation (Eu) 2021/241, In The Implementation Of The Present Public Procurement, Environmental Protection Should Be A Priority For The Contractor. In View Of The Statement, The Contractor Of This Public Procurement Is Obliged To Fulfill The Contract For Its Implementation In Accordance With The Six Environmental Objectives And The Requirements Of The Technical Guidelines For The Implementation Of The Principle Of Unsubstantial Damage In Accordance With The Regulation On The Recovery And Resistance Mechanism Available On The European Commissions Electronic Page. The Mw Establishment Stipulates That No Measure Included In The Plans For The Restoration And Resilience Of Member States Should Lead To Significant Damage To The Environmental Goals Within The Meaning Of Regulation (Eu) 2020/852 Of The European Parliament And Of The Council Of June 1820 For The Establishment Of A Framework For Ease Of Resistance 2019/2088 (Taxonomy Regulation).
