Expression of Interest are invited for Gap Analysis and Roadmap to Enhance Albanias Public Financial Management Ecosystem The World Bank Task Team is looking for a consultant firm to assess Albania current PFM system gaps and prepare an evolution roadmap, including businesses processes, functional requirements and technology upgrade. More specifically, the selected firm will : (i) undertake an assessment of the PFM ecosystem at the central and subnational levels, focused on AFMIS and PIMIS, (ii) prepare evolution roadmaps from a conceptual, business processes, and technological point of view; and (iii) prepare a set of functional, business and technological requirements to inform the upgrade of the central AFMIS and the design and roll-out of the local AFMIS.
