Security, Fire-Fighting, Police And Defense Equipment-Building An Integrated Access Control System For The Needs Of St. Anna University Hospital-Sofia Ad. The Public Procurement Covers Activities For The Construction Of An Integrated Access Control System On The Territory Of The University Hospital St. Anna - Sofia Ad, According To The Technical Specification Attached To The Documentation For Participation In The Procedure. The System Should Be In Full Compliance With The Requirements And Technical Characteristics Specified In The Specification Prepared By The Contracting Authority. The Scope Of The Contract Includes The Following Activities: Delivery, Installation, Installation Of Hardware Components, Configuration Of The Access Control System On The Territory Of University Hospital St. Anna - Sofia Ad, Training Of Staff For Working With It, As Well As Warranty Support. Participants Submit Only One Offer For The Complex Execution Of The Order, Without The Submission Of Options. The Order Will Be Awarded For A Period Of 12 Months And The Delivery Should Be Made After A Written Request By The Contracting Authority Should Be Submitted. The Medical Establishment Has No Obligation To Purchase The System Subject To The Procedure And Described In The Documentation For Participation. Delivery, Installation, Installation, System Configuration And Training Of The Staff For Working With It Is At The Proposal Of The Participant In Calendar Days Not More Than 90 Calendar Days From Receipt Of A Written Request From The Contracting Authority. Participants Should Offer Warranty Service To The Offered Access Control System. The Warranty Period Is At The Proposal Of The Participant, In Months, Which May Not Be Less Than 24 (Twenty-Four) Months From The Date Of The Acceptance Protocol For Delivery, Installation, Installation And Configuration Of The System. The Response Period In Case Of Damage Is At The Proposal Of The Participant In Hours Not More Than 24 Hours After Receiving A Notification From The Contracting Authority. The Deadline For Elimination Of Defects Or Damage Is At The Proposal Of The Participant In Calendar Days Not Longer Than 5 Calendar Days From Receiving A Notification By The Contracting Authority. The Payment Is Made In Bgn, By Bank Transfer, Deferred, Within The Time Limit Proposed By The Participant, Up To 60 Calendar Days, After Submission Of A Written Request, Invoice, Warranty Card And Acceptance Protocol With Reflected The Following Activities: Delivery, Installation, Installation Of Hardware Components, Configuration Of The System And Training Of The Staff. The Final Price Includes All The Expenses To The Final Recipient Of St. Anna University Hospital - Sofia Ad. The Tenders Of The Participants For The Execution Of The Contract Must Be In Full Compliance With The Requirements And Technical Characteristics Specified In The Specification Prepared By The Contracting Authority. To Their Technical Proposal, Each Participant Should Attach The Following Documents, Which Are An Integral Part: 1. Technical Documents, Brochures Or Catalogs, From Which The Parameters Of The Proposed By The Participant Are Visible And Its Compliance With The Requirements Of The Contracting Authority, Described In The Technical Specification 2. Authorization Letter From The Manufacturer Of The Proposed System
