The Spi -Agence Of Development For The Province Of Liège - Has Received The Mission Of The Walloon Region To Implement The Resilient Reconstruction Work Of The Banks Of The Vesdre Basin Following The Floods Of July 2021. A Close Collaboration Between The Spw-Direction Of Non-Navigable Watercourses And Spi, Has Been Established For Several Months, And Will Continue For The Duration Of The Project. Spi Quickly Seeks Two Experienced Providers For The Supervision And Monitoring Of These Sites. This Market Is Considered An Intuitu Personae Market, That Is To Say In Consideration Of The Personalities Of The Providers. Consequently, Staff Providing Companies Are Not Allowed To Be Submitted. The Contracting Authority Intends To Have A Direct Contractual Link With The Providers. The Work Concerns Many Types Of Work, Such As: Displacement Or Enlargement Of A Watercourse, Abolition Of Thresholds/Dams, Construction/Modification Of Banks Of Banks, New Works Of Infrastructure And Civil Engineering, Creation Of Natural Banks, Creations Of Zones Of Expansion Of Floods, Hydromorphological And/Or Favorable Developments, Renaturation, Etc. To Providers, One Or The Other One -Off Mission Linked To Its Own Construction Sites.
