Oslobygg Kf (Obf) (Hereafter Called The Customer) Is The Oslo Municipalitys Property Company, And One Of The Countrys Largest Builder And Property Manager. Oslobygg Kf Has Approx. 2.7 Million Square Meters Of Property And Over 650 Employees. One Of The Main Areas Of The Digital Road Map Is To Renew, Simplify And Develop New And Smarter Ways Of Working. Artificial Intelligence And Available Ot Data Are Two Areas That Are Central To The Digital Road Map. With This Project, Oslobygg Wants To Test Out Different Technologies And Suppliers For Machine Learning Of Sd Systems For Two Different Buildings In The Oslo-Dwelling Portfolio, And Be Able To Assess Any Further Roll-Out Of Machine Learning For Sd Systems In Oslobygg. Oslobygg Has About 600 Employees, Where Less Than Half Work On Development And Maintenance Projects. There Will Be Few Contemporary Users At All Times, And The Number Of Active Users Will Limit Themselves To 10-20.
