The Subject Of Performance Of The Public Contract Is To Ensure Services In The Administration Of The Lošbates Bundle School, It Is Primarily:  Facility Management - Provision Of Building Operation, Management Of The Operating Agenda, Providing Regular Inspections, Revisions And Other Activities Related To The Operation Of The Building To The Extent According To Annex 1, 2, 2A, 3 Contracts Taking Into Account The Scope Of The Equipment And Their Parts According To Annex 4 Of The Contract;  Participation In The Takeover, Comprehensive Tests, Trial Operation, Training Of Operator And Commissioning Of The Building;  Operation, Service Activities, Common And Preventive Maintenance Of Technical Equipment In The Building;  Energy Management And Administration Related To The Supply Of Electricity And Water;  Common Maintenance And Small Repairs Of Building Parts Of The Building;  Outdoor Care;  Activities Related To Fire Protection;  Complaints Of Defects Of The Work, Put Into Operation During The Duration Of The Contract. As Part Of The Tender Documentation, The Contracting Authority Provides A List Of Suppliers And Service Organizations That Participated In The Construction And Installation Of The Equipment To Ensure Operational Connection. The List Of Suppliers Of The Construction Is Attached To Annex 9 Of This Tender Documentation. The Project Documentation For The School Building Is Annexed By The Tender Documentation - The Project Documentation.
