The Swimming Pool, Basic-Fit, Two Full-Fledged Sports Halls And One Combat Sports Hall. The Faculty Building Is Actually The Central Junction In The Cluster That Connects The Sub-Buildings With Each Other, Where On The Ground Floor And 1St Floor Are Located As An Access Zone With All Necessary Supporting Functions, And The Upper Floors In Academic Use Are Due To The Faculty Of Sports And Movement Sciences Such As Office, Teaching And Labor Space. The Building Cluster Is Currently Undergoing A Thorough And Phased Renovation That Is Crucial To Guarantee The Life Of All Parts And To Eliminate The Known Defects. In Earlier Phases The Sports Halls Were Already Renewed And A New Martial Arts Hall Was Also Added To The Building Cluster. In The Next Phase, For Which This Assignment To Work Aims To Appoint A General Contractor, The Client Wishes To Further Renovate The Faculty Building To Be Able To Continue To Perform His Position As A Central Junction. To This End, The Client Will, In Consultation With The Faculty, Be Out Of Service That Only Knows Academic Use In The Academic Year 25-26. The Underlying Floors Must Remain Functionally Employed To Guarantee The Use Of The Sports Facilities. The Client Is Looking For A General Contractor Who Can Carry Out And Coordinate The Works Within The Set Deadlines, In An Economically Efficient Manner And According To The Present Design File. The File Includes In General 2 Shutters; 1. A Hatch With The (Energetic) Building Peel Renovation, Which Mainly Tackles The Existing Problems Of The Current Building And Includes; Demolition Works, Asbestos Remediation, Concrete Rumors, Replacements Of Exterior Joinery, Place New Insulating Outdoor Shields, Replacements And Insulation Roof Parts, Etc. 2. A Hatch With Structural Adjustments To The Existing Building Shell And Building Parts To Meet The Present Design And User Problems, As Well As Appropriate Resistance To The Future Of The Future, To Offer Rise, To The Future-Oriented Side Movement. To This End, The Client Foreseen That The General Contractor Must At Least Indicate A Stability Of Stability When Registering Which Is Responsible For Structural Interventions And Can Therefore Also Coordinate It With The Foreshable Degradation Works, Site Establishments And Implementation Modalities Of The Other Works. The Client Will Work These Works At A Later Date And/Or Have Them Carried Out By One Of Their Existing Framework Contractors. However, The Client Provides The Possibility Of Carrying Out Such Works In An Additional Contract With The Renovation Work Of The General Contractor.
