The Tielt-Winge Local Administration Is Looking For A Manager For A (Summer) Bar With Eatery In The Former Parsonage Of Houwaart. The Outdoor Space - Both Front And Back Garden - Can Be Furnished As A (Summer) Bar With A Terrace. The Interior Can Also Serve As A Consumption Space, And As A Room For Kitchen, Bar, Storage, Sanitary And The Like. Of Course Insofar As The Legal Provisions Are Respected In Terms Of Fire And Food Safety. The Cooperation Will Take The Form Of A Concession. After Award, The Concession Agreement Is Signed, Which Is An Integral Part Of This Assignment (See Appendix).
