The Acquisition Focuses On Electoral System Services Required For The Evangelical Lutheran Parish Elections Of The Finnish Evangelical Lutheran Church:- The Electoral/Electoral Gallery Monitoring Of The Election Result Is Described In More Detail In Annex 1. The Aim Is To Purchase A Service From A Supplier That Can Provide The Parish Elections Required By Church Legislation. The Elections Will Take Place On The Election Day And On Pre -Voting Days. Electronic Voting Is Not Possible. There Are About Three Million Voting Rights In The Parish Elections, And The Elections Are Held At All Ev. Lut. Church 346 Ward. There Were A Total Of 14,300 Candidates In The Previous Elections. At The Same Time, There Are Two Elections In The Congregations: The Ward Council And The Joint Church Council. The Election Process Is Described In The Appendices And Links Of The Request For Participation. Their Purpose Is To Provide An Overall Picture Of The Extent Of The Services And Solution. The Solution To Be Offered Shall Take Into Account The Legislation On The Election And Other Legislative Requirements Such As Security And Data Protection Requirements.
