Public Procurement Scope: The Scope Of The Public Procurement Includes Delivery Of Concrete Mixtures, According To The Requests Made By The Contracting Authority, Through The Director Of Op Public Works And Prevention To The Municipality Of Rakovski. The Execution Of The Order Concerns The Following Types Of Concrete Mixtures: - Concrete Mixes- Bds Class En 206-1- C16/20- Estimated Quantity: 4000 M3 - Concrete Mixes- Bds Class En 206-1- C20/25- Estimated Quantity: 5000 M3 - Cement - Estimated Quantity: 4000 M3 The Quantities Are Forecast - The Contracting Authority Is Not Obliged To Absorb Them Completely. If The Amount Of Concrete Mixture Is Reached, The Execution Continues Until The Total Agreed Value (Price) Or Until The Contract Expires. The Rights And Obligations That Arise For The Contracting Authority After The Election Of A Contractor Will Be Exercised And Assumed By And At The Expense Of Op Public Works And Prevention To The Municipality Of Rakovski. Transport Is At The Expense Of The Contractor (This Also Includes All Types Of Travel Expenses, Toll Fees, Etc.) And Must Be Included In The Unit Price Of The Respective Mixture. The Contracting Authority May Unilaterally Terminate This Contract In The Case Of 3 (Three) Claims Within The Agreed Period, Respectively. In The Case Of 2 (Two) Claims Within Two Months, The Merits Of Which Is Established In Accordance With The Order Provided For In The Contract.
