The Subject Of This Contract Is The Exercise Of Construction Supervision And Investor Control When Carrying Out Construction And Repair Activities On The Roofs Of Buildings Owned By The Davvz. It Is Envisaged To Carry Out Repair And Restoration Works On The Roofs Of Buildings Located In The Territorial Directorate State Reserve (Td Dro) Burgas, Td Dr Plovdiv, Td Dr In Varna, Td Dr In Pleven, Td, Veliko Tarnovo And Td, Sofia. It Is Envisaged That The Services Should Be Implemented In Order To Ensure Control In The Execution Of The Public Procurement With The Subject: Repair Of Roofs In Lots For The Following Ops: Lot # 1 - Roof Repair In The Sb Bulgarovo, Sb Dolna Mahala, Sb Belozem, Sb Golyamo Dryanovo And Wb Parvomay; Lot 2 - Roof Repair In Sb Silistra, Sb Targovishte, Sb Donchevo, Sb General Toshevo, Sb Jasen, Sb Slavyanovo, Sb Resen, Sb Model Chiflik, Sb Ivanovo, Sb Debelets And Sb Botevgrad. The Activities Included In The Subject Of The Order Are: In Accordance With Art. 168, Para. 7 Of The Spatial Planning Act, The Contractor Is Responsible For Damage That Has Been Caused To The Contracting Authority And Other Participants In The Construction. Exercise Investor Control When Carrying Out The Repair Of Roofs Of Buildings Owned By Davvz; Exercise Construction Supervision According To Art. 166 And Art. 168 Of The Spatial Planning Act When Carrying Out The Repair Of Roofs Of Buildings Owned By The Das Drvz;
