The Subject Of This Public Procurement Is The Periodic Delivery Of Building Materials And The Related Products, For The Needs Of The Municipality Of Kyustendil And The Secondary Budget Authorizers. The List Specified In The Technical Specification Is Indicative And The Contracting Authority Has No Obligation To Fully Absorb, With The Contracting Authority Reserving The Right To Order More And/Or Less Of The Estimated Quantities. The Contracting Authority Will Declare Construction Materials And Related Products In Case Of Need, And, If Necessary, Can Declare More Quantities Of A Certain Type Of Article And/Or Other Building Materials And Related Products By Type And Quantity, Beyond The Amount Specified In The List, Within The Total Estimated Value Under The Contract, At The Percentage Discount Indicated By The Contractor. The Volume Of Deliveries Will Be Determined By A Written Request According To The Needs Of The Contracting Authority, Without Restrictions On The Number Of Requests In Time.
