This Procedure Aims To Choose A Supplier Of Chemical Products For Wastewater Treatment, Namely Calcium Hydroxide (Calcium Hydrate Lime). The Deliveries Will Be Made Periodically To The Site Of The Wastewater Treatment Plant In Shumen, With The Address: Shumen, Yakova Locality In The Land Of Shumen, Following A Preliminary Written Request Of The Contracting Authority, In Accordance With Its Operational Needs. Deliveries Will Be Made By Transportation Of The Contractor. Calcium Hydrate Lime / Calcium Hydroxide / Is For Use In The Technological Process For The Treatment Of Wastewater And Treatment Of Sludge In Wwtp Shumen. Estimated Quantity For 12 Months - 500 Tonnes. The Specific Needs Of The Contracting Authority Will Be Objectified In Separate Written Requests To The Contractor Within The Term Of The Contract. The Quantities Described Are Forecast And Do Not Engage The Contracting Authority With Their Overall Absorption At The Conclusion Of A Contract. The Contracting Authority Reserves The Right To Increase And/Or Decrease Them Depending On The Specific Needs That Have Arisen. In This Sense, The Contracting Authority Is Entitled, Within The Term Of The Contract, Not To Declare In Full An Estimated Quantity, As Well As To Declare Delivery, After Reaching The Estimated Quantities Indicated For Them, Until The Maximum Value Of The Contract (The Estimated Value Of The Public Procurement) Is Reached.
